(More customer reviews)Delivery time was quite quick from Amazon.com. I was really impressed with this product. It pretty much does what it claims to do repair minor carpet damage such as cigarret burns in carpet.
pro's: Does what it suppose to do well. And has good instruction on it's usages.
con's: Even though you get a color mixing chart to mix the fiber to get your color. You will have to make a couple of test mixes to match you carpet color. Which can be a bit of a challenge.

The one with a normal pump is the one to have. I found a bunch at Big Lots the other day for 2.00 each! bought a whole bunch..
Unless it says designed by Bissel and is in a black spray bottle dont get it!
