(More customer reviews)I have always heard great things about WeatherTech products, so, I decided to purchase a set of their floor mats for my new 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. I received the mats and installed them right away. The first day that I drove with them in I noticed the drivers mat was not fitting correctly and was bowing out at my ankle. This created an area that rubbed my ankle raw if I did not keep it away from it. The instructions on Amazon.com says to "First" try and resolve it with the manufacture. When I called WeatherTech they asked me where I purchased the mats. As soon as I said Amazon.com they wanted nothing to do with me. Luckily Amazon.com took care of it right away for me. Lesson is this, if you would like to receive piece of mind that you will receive service AFTER the sale, DO NOT purchase the mats from WeatherTech or you will be left out in the cold. Purchase them from Amazon.com so that you have piece of mind that they will take care of you and make what ever is wrong, right....
