(More customer reviews)I have a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe and got this for my 3rd row seats.
It has the cut outs for the seat mechanisms in the floor. It fits very well, however, I must say I purchased this in case something spilled in the 3rd row. My only complaint, and the only reason I knocked a star off, is due to the fact the inner cut outs don't have ridges around their perimeters. Thus, if some liquid were to spill, the liquid would seep into the inner cut out areas. A better design would have incorporated ridges around the inner cutouts, thus not allowing any spilled liquid to penetrate the carpet fibers.
I'll upload a picture and show what I'm referring to.
So if you're looking for a 3rd row carpet mat, just keep this in mind.
I also have the first 2 row floor mats from the same company that makes this 3rd row mat.
This particular item is pricey, but it matched the fronts, so I just bit the bullet and got it.
