(More customer reviews)BUYER BEWARE. I did not read the "fine print" about the 20% restocking fee. So I am out $17 plus $20 for shipping! But the mats we so bad that I felt I had no choice. The mats are NOT the cheapest available - and I thought they'd be a good compromise between the least expensive and original BMW floor mats.
When they arrived I saw the color was wrong (slightly off, but noticeable), the pile was less dense and plush than expected, the edge treatment was a crude seam, and the size was too small all around! Much lower quality that what comes from BMW.
I've bought many, many items from amazon.com and have always been very pleased with the return policy. I expected this to be a similar experience. But no, there's a 20% restocking charge with this vendor. And yes, I could have read it but I just skimmed over that part.
So I am here to tell you - be sure this is exactly what you want because you'll end up OUT 20% plus the cost of shipping a set of very heavy floor mats!!
