I came across the interlocking foam mat on amazon and decided to give this product a try. To my surprise the foam mats not only absorbed the weight that was being put onto my hardwood floors but it also prevented future scratches. I am also able to run on my tread mill while my newborn daughter is sleeping in the next room because the mats helped reduce the noise level.I would definitely recommend this product to others.
